修法該怎麼樣才能算正常 

不傷人為正常,不增加自己或他人負擔為正常,比如增加60萬個對付的對象。 不付錢學習傷人才正常。又不是古時候 學習刀劍的時代,要拜師學藝,學習一技之長,才能生存。現在學習的是養生 長壽,放鬆,養心養身學習宜人宜物的愛地球。就好比台灣No.1羽毛球戴資穎 3分鐘180下,等於1秒鐘1下,然後看到她很輕鬆的喝雞精,就在這一鬆一緊間,學習好好放鬆 '否則永遠備戰是痛苦的'。生命就是要不斷的前進,但如何拿捏分寸學習放鬆很重要,這樣才能百戰百勝。


學習要負責學習不要聽到一直
加水的東西,最後聽到的是'雞+
水'而不是'雞精',這是小戴的意見。

What kind of Meditation way we may called it's normal?

First, No hurt other people is normal. Second, Not increase self or others burden we called it normal.For example increase 60 million practice objects is abnormal.
Third, Won't pay money to learn hurt other people method is normal. Nowg is not ancicent times, to learn sword or knife period, got to follow some master to learn some skill.
To learn some special skill in order to survive. Nowadays, to learn how to long life way, relax, mediate heart, mediate body to find suitable man and animal method. And to love the Earth is what modern people learn.
Take Taiwan Number 1 Tennis player Dai Zi Yin as example, practice 3 minutes hit 180times, it meant one second hit one times. And then see her very relax to drink Chicken Essence. And within this: one seconds tight, one seconds loose, to learn how to relax. 'Or always learn stand by and ready is painful. 'As Small Dai said.  Life is never give up process on. But how to handle every seconds correctly relax is very important, then we know we win.
To Learn responsible learning don't like to listen to add water issue, at last what you learn was ' chicken plus  water' not ' chicken essense' this is Small Dai opinion.
