however, this take times to 

make them growth. After discussion,we agree to let ocean take 8 months rest. Let Adult fish to raise small fish,.to make small fish raise a small small fish.

generation to generation , this period of time about 8 months long, Fisherman no income.

One month take it 4 million income. 8 months  need about 32 million

Wish count on each Enterprise 10 million donation , to make up each Fisherman one family daily
