Ocean became clean Ocean water. From Ocean Cover to Ocean Buttom all the same. No one Fish. This is true Fact. For our Young Generation. We, how to hand in our Ocean Life to them. To tell them how wonder color & wonderful swimming feeling or diving scene we saw before. We tears. That's why may we forbid our Young Generation empty hands to hand in another Generation. Because. Our Parents GENERATION  lost in their hands. 

So, we had to find our Ocean Fish Group Back to Original.Try to refix Back What Lord create Our Ocean Look. If that were you, will you join? That's our Foundation President Big Cloud Buddha the first beginning conception.

Now, after Research we found Ocean creatures life to us meant quite a lot. They not only play Earth wind to land exchange in Seasons change important role. I.e. When Summer season. Wind blow from Ocean to Land bring us cool feeling , when winter season blow Earth land wind to Ocean make us feel chilling feeling. So that Air exchange, then Earth can create enough to breath. Now

Why we always feel Oxygen not enough, sometimes even chuck , just we lost Ocean creatures Fish Group too much. Fish Group through Swimming in Ocean mix into Oxygen into Ocean THROUGH their swimming to each Earth place. Not only bring us meat option, also bring us fresh OXYGEN. & WIND. We should thanks for Lord create so good & so easy function conception to let earth Alive creature don't had to worry anything about our breathe Oxygen and Air and Wind.

Once our Earth had Wind. Then had Rain. In Chinese Teaching Wind coming Rain proceeding. 風生水起. ( fong shen shuei chi) And Chinese people always pray for 風調雨順 ( fong tiau yu

shun) Wind Smooth Rain Smooth. Once Wind Smooth Rain Smooth then good luck coming . so that we said 風生水起好運來.( fong shen shuei chi hou yun lai) Wish through this teaching, our Inflation less raise and every Country had a good & prosperous business. As every Country Leader Total 6,235 Country Leader pray together the above language.

We wish Heaven hear Our Earth pray. And let Our Pray Come True. Not only we had Ocean Fish , but also Wind Smooth, Rain Smooth, And Good Luck Coming. All.
